Female Paid Ads Specialist

Kühl Teen is India's first teen-specific personal care brand, creating safe, natural products designed for teenagers. We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to drive our e-commerce growth through smart, performance-focused campaigns and modern optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and Native Ads (Taboola/Outbrain).
- Use SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve rankings on Google and AI-driven search engines.
- Apply GEO targeting to run location-specific campaigns and regional offers.
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates; optimize for better ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and related tools.
- Prepare simple reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns match the brand's tone.
Qualifications
- Experience in paid media campaign management (preferably e-commerce/D2C).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiar with SEO, AEO, and GEO targeting strategies.
- Good analytical skills with comfort in numbers and reports.
- Creative mindset and interest in teen-focused branding.
