We are seeking a dynamic and visionary professional to spearhead our Human Resources initiatives and drive organizational success.

As a Senior HR Manager, you will oversee the human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition functions of the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring adequate resources for company growth.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding, sourcing, and selection processes.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance overall employee experience.
  • Establish and manage performance management systems and processes.
  • Support managers in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, handle employee grievances, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design learning programs.
  • Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
