Job Title: National Head

The role of National Head is pivotal in driving growth and customer loyalty across nationwide branch banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of organizational strategy to align nationwide branch banking operations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing, sales, and engagement programs to foster a culture of growth and loyalty.
  • Ensure all branches adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance frameworks, maintaining a high level of service excellence.
  • Enhance process efficiency and service quality through strategic leadership and people development initiatives.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop senior leaders to create a strong leadership pipeline, empowering them to drive performance-driven cultures.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through effective leadership practices, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related discipline) is highly preferred.
  • Graduation in any discipline with strong credentials in banking is essential.
  • 20-25 years of progressive experience in Branch Banking within leading banks.
  • Minimum 8-10 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale retail banking operations across multiple regions.

Competencies:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management expertise are required.
  • Inspirational leadership and succession planning skills are vital for this position.
  • Deep knowledge of retail banking products, compliance, and regulatory frameworks is necessary.
