About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive growth initiatives in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

This senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

You will be a key driver of expansion, influencing market direction and fostering relationships with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead market intelligence efforts to identify emerging trends and formulate high-level growth strategies.
  • Develop advanced sales strategies to consistently achieve ambitious targets.
  • Identify and champion new business opportunities, demonstrating exceptional foresight for strategic growth areas.
  • Provide strategic oversight for end-to-end sales operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and SLA adherence.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with top-tier clients and partners, positioning the company as a preferred solution provider.
  • Drive collaborative initiatives with Marketing, Product Development, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic alliances within the digital payment space.
- Senior Leadership Background: Must have held senior leadership positions (e.g., AVP, VP, Director) in tier-1 payment companies/banks.
Deep Payments Domain Mastery:
- Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with RBI regulations and Nodal accounts.
- Expertise in MCC and PCI-DSS Compliance protocols.
Advanced Skills:
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging executive-level audiences.
- Proven ability to drive complex projects independently in a remote work environment.
Education: Any Non-Technical Bachelor's degree.
- All-Rounder Profile: Demonstrated exposure to extracurricular activities and a well-rounded profile indicating strong leadership and diverse capabilities.
