Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative HR processes, frameworks, and digital tools across departments.
  • Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of HR policies and systems.

Policy Formulation & Governance:

  • Draft, revise, and standardize HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance bodies during audits or inspections.

Performance Management & Organizational Development:

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Analyze performance data to identify gaps and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Champion employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the IT or service industry.
  • Strong background in HR strategy, compliance, policy drafting, and implementation.
