Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Executive to manage core HR functions, support strategic initiatives, and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience. This role involves end to end HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. Source and attract potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, advertisements, and campus hiring initiatives.

  3. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

  5. Track offers made and follow up to ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

  6. Onboarding & Induction

  7. Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees.

  8. Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.

  9. Ensure all joining formalities and documentation are completed accurately.

  10. HR Operations & Documentation

  11. Maintain accurate and up to date employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

  12. Support HR audits and ensure data confidentiality.

  13. Attendance & Leave Management

  14. Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism.

  15. Prepare and submit leave reports for payroll processing.

  16. Address discrepancies in attendance and leave data, coordinating with employees and managers as needed.

  17. Employee Engagement & Relations

  18. Support staff retention initiatives by fostering a positive work environment.

  19. Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.

  20. Respond to employee requests, ensuring proper communication and care.

  21. Training & Internship Programs

  22. Organize internship programs in collaboration with Aviation colleges.

  23. Coordinate training sessions to support the growth and development of interns and new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or senior HR executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices , and recruitment techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
