Job Description:
Growth and Partnerships SpecialistThe role of a Growth and Partnerships Specialist is crucial in identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing leads in the India market. This position requires a highly motivated and driven individual who can stay updated on trends in AI-driven end-to-end contract management.
This specialist will be responsible for owning outbound sales efforts, building and executing targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging social media platforms to identify prospects, engage with potential clients, and drive outreach. Additionally, this person will build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
- Manage CRM workflows efficiently to qualify leads, book meetings, and track progress.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as data-driven approach and self-motivation. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Educational background in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with legal documentation and contract drafting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in cold outreach, including use of email automation tools.
- Active user of social media platforms for prospecting, networking, and engagement.
