A sales-oriented professional is sought after to spearhead business development in the hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and develop tactics to pursue them effectively.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution offerings.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional B2B sales experience.
- Background in selling HVAC, Automation, BMS, or energy optimization platforms.
- Ability to create demand for emerging technology solutions.
- Based in Mumbai.
- Sales, business development, and relationship management expertise.
- Experience in the IoT or energy optimization sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with sustainability and energy management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
