We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies and enabling the team with better processes and tools.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn — through both strategic inputs and process design.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.

- Ability to context-switch between domains (support → sales → CX) without losing depth.
- Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
