Psychologist and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Psychologist and Business Development Specialist. This role is pivotal for program development, leading and managing student and enrollments.

The successful candidate will have expertise in psychology, business development, and AI-enabled tools. They will help us create, implement, and promote programs, streamline outreach with AI, and actively participate in growing our enrollment footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
  • Lead business development by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
  • Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
  • Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding the organizational reach.
  • Continuously update knowledge on advances in education, psychology, and AI to keep our offerings ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on using new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology (required)
  • Strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
