Program Associate Role

We are seeking a talented individual for the position of Program Associate in our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Event Management: Organize and execute strategic events & activities in collaboration with partner schools, including planning student engagement activities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event operations.
      • Design and manage presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs.
        • Monitor program impact and provide feedback for improvements.
        • Communication: Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and program success.
        • Additional Responsibilities:
          • Manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.
            • A proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset is required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation design skills.
      • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management is essential.
        • Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in program management, events, or operations are encouraged to apply.
          • Individuals who enjoy working with schools, planning student-centric activities, and managing events are ideal candidates.
