Job Overview

The Hird is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions daily with zero availability time, ensuring SLAs are met consistently at individual and team levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions effectively, meeting performance thresholds and key KPIs such as RSAT, AHT, and customer experience.
  • Remain up-to-date with new changes and implement feedback and corrective actions to prevent repeat instances.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with prior experience in a contact center not mandatory.
  • Strong team player with domain knowledge preferred.
  • Positive attitude and ability to promote brand value.
Specifications
  • Open to all available shifts, including staggered shifts and working on weekends.
  • 9 hours of productive on-call taking time per shift per day.
  • Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
Qualifications
  • Graduate or above with minimum 9 months and maximum 10 years of experience in the contact center industry.
  • HSC with minimum of 18 months and maximum of 10 years' experience in the contact center industry.
