Senior Strategic Account Manager - Commercial Real Estate

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead client relationship efforts and manage workspace solutions for a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the client base across designated regions (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad).
  • Spearhead extensive account management initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their workspace needs and real estate challenges.
  • Collaborate with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver flexible workspace solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct property visits, prepare financial analyses, and oversee the process from initial engagement to office handover to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate favorable lease terms with landlords and support clients through the entire transaction lifecycle.

  • Proven track record in real estate strategy, client solutions, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
