About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Strategic Account Manager to lead client relationship efforts and manage workspace solutions for a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand the client base across designated regions (e.g., Bangalore, Hyderabad).
- Spearhead extensive account management initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their workspace needs and real estate challenges.
- Collaborate with landlords, developers, and internal stakeholders to deliver flexible workspace solutions that meet client requirements.
- Conduct property visits, prepare financial analyses, and oversee the process from initial engagement to office handover to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms with landlords and support clients through the entire transaction lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in real estate strategy, client solutions, and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
