Senior Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team.
- Strategic management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely processing of domestic and international invoices while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Effective vendor lifecycle management: onboarding, payment terms negotiation, dispute resolution, and reconciliation to optimize cash flow and minimize risk.
- Accurate Fixed Asset accounting: capitalization, physical verification, tagging, depreciation, and asset retirement to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Proactive accounting and compliance for GST and TDS on vendor transactions, coordinating with tax and compliance teams as needed.
- Systematic prepaid expenses monitoring, amortization, and reporting to maintain optimal working capital.
- Leadership in month-end and year-end provisions review and approval, ensuring accurate financial closure and reporting.
- Aging analysis of accounts payable, working capital management, and timely dashboards and MIS to stakeholders.
- Strategic leadership and support for audit processes (internal, statutory, and tax), ensuring timely submission of reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Process improvements and automation initiatives within the AP function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Mentorship and management of the AP team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
