Senior Accounts Payable Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP operations team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, from document management to vendor maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information in our database.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any exceptions or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on leadership and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
