Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Manager
Job Summary:The primary responsibility of this role is to manage accounting and financial reporting for purchase to payable, trade payables, and cost of sales. This includes leading internal automation projects, contributing to ERP implementation, and ensuring proper vendor reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting and financial reporting management for purchase to payable and trade payables
- Publishing dashboards for review by operations and business teams
- Ensuring accurate accounting of cost of sales
- Leading internal automation projects and contributing to ERP implementation
- Managing vendor reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
- Designing and implementing new initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency in the process
- Closure of operational activities including month-end accounting and reporting
- Establishing controls, checks, and balances during the accounting process and delivery according to the accounting calendar
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA qualified with at least 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, preferably in the service or food tech industry
- Familiarity with accepted accounting principles and their application
- Knowledge of leading control design, validation, and remediation efforts
- Experience in team handling and project implementation
