About the Role

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will oversee the recruitment process and help shape our employer brand strategy. You should be familiar with HR technology, including HRMS, payroll systems, performance management systems, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Incorporate performance management systems to drive results-oriented decision-making.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance review and appraisals to measure employee success.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment and foster healthy relationships among employees.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies based on organizational needs and market trends.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze data to drive HR decision-making and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Organize learning and development programs for the teams to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner to maintain a positive work culture.
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts to foster a motivated workforce.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role with a strong track record of success.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS, and ATS) to streamline HR processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Results-oriented approach to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent with a focus on strategic HR management.
