Job Overview

This role involves overseeing HR policies, employee relations and organizational growth strategies.

  • The successful candidate will lead HR initiatives to drive business results through strategic talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Design and manage performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to promote fairness and transparency within the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a strong culture of employee engagement, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Lead HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR-related processes.
  • Manage and mentor the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role within a mid-sized organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.
  • Proven experience in performance management, policy governance, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and Office tools.
