We are seeking a seasoned Executive Strategist to partner with our leadership team and drive strategic execution at scale.

About the Role

The Executive Strategist will act as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making and driving cross-functional initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

  • Support P&L management with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • Drive efficiency, monitor business performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

  • Foster collaboration across various business units.
  • Build trust and influence among senior leaders to ensure seamless prioritization.

Digital Transformation & Change Management:

  • Lead technology-enabled initiatives to enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.

Leadership Enablement:

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, communications, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Organizational Culture & Communication:

  • Serve as a cultural integrator, navigating nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably in P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Experience leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with proven ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust among senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
