Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic support to the organization by effectively managing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: This entails managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Statutory Compliance and Employee Compensation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; develop and manage compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Training and Benefits Administration: Design and administer training programs that promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Confidentiality and Ethics: Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • HR Program Development and Policy Compliance: Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Analyze HR data and generate reports that inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
  • Policy Support and Interpretation: Offer guidance on HR policies, ensuring understanding and compliance at all organizational levels.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with managers and teams to effectively implement HR initiatives.
  • Team Management and Coordination: Manage and support HR teams, coordinating tasks under pressure to achieve organizational goals.
  • Change Management and Adaptability: Lead organizational change initiatives, driving continuous improvement and innovation across HR processes.

This role requires an individual with excellent aptitude and attitude, very good verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with managers and teams.
