As a seasoned retail leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our flagship store in Bombay. You will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury or fashion environment, preferably with experience in managing teams and achieving sales targets. You will possess strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for artisanal products and premium customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service among the team.
    • Set and track performance goals for the team to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every customer receives personalized service, addressing their needs and preferences.
    • Resolve escalations with professionalism and empathy, building long-term relationships with clients and repeat customers.
  • Sales & Growth
    • Drive sales performance by implementing strategies to increase revenue and achieve store targets.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations & Inventory
    • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality, including inventory management and replenishments.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity
    • Maintain high-quality visual displays and presentation throughout the store, ensuring a premium retail experience.
    • Ensure the store reflects the brand's values of craftsmanship, timeless design, and attention to detail.
