Job Title: Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Retail Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our retail outlet, managing sales and customer experience, supervising inventory and merchandising, and overseeing additional services like home deliveries and spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to drive store sales and customer retention by providing timely assistance, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that customers have an engaging in-store experience.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through effective management of sales performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and timely ordering to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and shrinkage.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations or store management with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail processes, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage both store floor and service operations effectively.
  • Good leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in pet retail, spa, grooming, or lifestyle retail sector would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools would also be beneficial.
