About the Opportunity:

This esteemed luxury retailer is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Store Manager to lead our boutique sales team and drive success in a high-pressure retail environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Own end-to-end store performance, including building relationships with high-net-worth clients and closing high-value jewelry sales.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Culture Building: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Staff Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Boutique Presentation: Ensure that the boutique maintains high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Staffing Management: Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure adequate coverage and staffing levels to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a leading institution.
  • A Fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in direct luxury sales.
  • An exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • A results-oriented approach with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
