Business Development Lead for Strategic Proposals

AECOM seeks a skilled Business Development Lead to drive strategic proposals and bid management initiatives. This role requires a strong organizational background in proposal development, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs, applying standard pursuit processes for efficient schedule and bid compliance.
- Coordinate content and information for qualifications and proposals, including schedule, templates, compliance, content plan, and production.
- Provide conceptual leadership for document design and may serve as lead writer/editor for resumes and past performance sections.
- Facilitate color review (Pink and Red team) reviews and apply lessons learned to add value to proposals.
- Participate in go/no-go and greenlight analyses, capturing planning, and positioning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, proposal development, or a related role.
- $120,000 - $150,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
