Job Title: Specialist Proposal Writer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Proposal Writer to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for managing the completion of RFP submissions, undertaking pre-sales research, and leading scoping exercises with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the completion of RFP submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Undertake pre-sales research and lead scoping exercises with stakeholders to align on deliverables, key strategic response elements, and value propositions.
  • Develop and edit responses to provide the best-suited response, pulling baselines from proposal databases and baseline libraries.
  • Oversee and participate in the development of bid presentations, in coordination with Business Stakeholders and Graphic Design Team.
  • Identify unique questions and responses in completed pitches and update baselines with new content.
  • Support the management of bid repository for best-in-class materials, developing, owning, and continuously improving materials on the platform.
  • Support the ongoing collation, updating, and delivery of critical business data and other Pursuits materials.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Design team to create JLL-branded proposals, presentations, and baseline business line templates.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards, meeting SLA metrics, and work with the Head of the Proposal Centre of Excellence to implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate degree with excellent academic credentials.
  • Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end proposal management within a professional services firm, with substantial experience in proposal writing.
  • Talent for writing, strong stakeholder management skills, and ability to build relationships virtually.
