Job Opportunity: Deliver Customer Success

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries and escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to provide expert assistance.
  • Develop success plans for customers, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and offer guidance on achieving these objectives. Monitor and report on customers' progress toward these targets both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead pilot projects for upsells and participate in results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with key accounts to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or project management roles with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
