  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Zeta Global\'s technology stack, including MySQL/Oracle database, Shell Scripting, and Linux Operating System.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a 24/7 technical support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root-cause analysis and resolution.
  • Experience with problem and incident management, with a strong understanding of ITIL principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Linux Certification (RHCSA and RHCE) and/or DB certification.
  • Experience leading technical support teams and managing customers across locations/geographies.
