Job Opportunity:
Bigsea Marcom (I) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and execute successful business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, maintaining a strong knowledge of digital marketing and sales strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing for digital businesses, with a strong track record of winning new business.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Full-time MBA from a renowned institute or university, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
