Job Description:

Bigsea Marcom is seeking a talented Digital Business Growth Specialist to drive sales and execute successful business development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and execute successful business development strategies
  • Win new businesses and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
  • Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
  • Develop new business relationships
  • Write compelling business proposals and have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE THE SALES PROCESS FROM LEAD GENERATION TO CONVERSION
  • Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing for digital business, rest of the experience might be in advertising/ other sales etc

Qualification: Full Time MBA from a renowned institute/ university

Skills:

  • Having done a short-term course in digital marketing
  • Good English speaking & writing skills
  • Preference: Organised in office, go-getter at work
