Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Lead performance management systems, including appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Work closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

  • Key Qualifications:
  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
