Leading Sales Strategist for Automation Solutions

ChalkWalk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead our sales efforts for ASRS and automation solutions.
We are looking for a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with customers in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and warehousing sectors. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system requirements as well as be proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and presentation software.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and lead generation on field sales
Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer pain points and business challenges to propose tailored automation solutions
- Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of ASRS and automation solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and technical solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while ensuring company profitability
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings
Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in selling ASRS, industrial automation, or related solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Estimated Salary: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
