About the Role

We are seeking a talented People Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, culture, and employee success at Kontent Media.

Your primary focus will be on hiring video editors, designers, and operational talent at speed, building policies, processes, and a people-first workplace, fostering a culture of speed, innovation, and collaboration, and managing performance, training, and employee engagement.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and proficiency in HR software and systems.
