Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef Manager to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of daily kitchen operations, ensuring that high-quality products are produced consistently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in managing kitchen staff and overseeing food preparation. They will be accountable for continually improving guest satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Evaluate and implement new menu ideas and recipes to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction by providing coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and respect among employees.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with the ability to maintain high standards.
