Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager to generate bulk orders, corporate tie-ups, catering contracts, and event bookings for Desi Chef. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, meeting monthly revenue targets, and creating recurring business opportunities to grow the brand and achieve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and approach corporate offices, PGs, hostels, schools, colleges, and event organizers for bulk food orders.
Pitch Desi Chefs Office Feast Combos, catering menus, and festive offers.
Conduct daily in-person visits, cold calls, and follow-ups to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
Handle client feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Upsell additional menu items and special packages.

Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Focus on high-margin offerings to boost profitability.

Marketing & Promotion Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.
Distribute flyers, WhatsApp offers, and promotional material to potential clients.
Represent Desi Chef at local events, food expos, and networking opportunities.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing, menus, and offers.
Provide feedback to management for menu and service improvements.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain a daily log of visits, calls, leads, and conversions.
Submit weekly performance reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications
25 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant/catering sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
Familiarity with Bangalores corporate and institutional market is a plus.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: 20,00030,000/month (based on experience).
Incentives: 58% commission on confirmed sales above monthly base target.
Potential Earnings: 40,00060,000+ for high performers.
