
Business Growth Manager

The Business Growth Manager is a key role in our organization responsible for fostering long-term strategic partnerships with existing customers.
Our ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new upsell opportunities, drive expansion growth, and develop targeted campaigns to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate customer account data and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Developing strategic plans to increase customer product usage and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.
- Facilitating excellent communication and collaboration with sales team members and customers to achieve business objectives.
- Actively selling to inbound prospects and identifying new business opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in account management and be able to build strong relationships with professionals at all levels.
Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, excellent account handling skills, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
