
Experience Customer Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies
- Manage daily operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design personalized customer experiences across the lifecycle
- Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive business growth
- Create data-driven insights and dashboards to measure campaign performance
- Drive strategic recommendations to improve future initiatives
- Maintain relationships with external vendors for CRM platforms and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management or lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or e-commerce
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools – Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
