Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement programs that enhance workforce morale and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in employee engagement, performance management systems, and employee relations. You should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing employee engagement programs
- Conducting regular feedback surveys and analyzing results
- Organizing team-building activities, events, and wellness programs
- Acting as a point of contact for employee suggestions and grievances
You will also be responsible for implementing and managing the organization's performance management system, facilitating goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal processes. Additionally, you will analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.
Foster a positive work environment through transparent communication and fair practices. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and labor laws. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and legal requirements.
