• Manage relationships with customers and lead a sales team to achieve clear sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility, action-oriented, and results-driven self-starter with strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with alternate channels of sales, such as residence visits and show flats, is an added advantage.
