We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing banking and investments relationships and driving the growth of Liabilities & Investment business.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing exceptional service levels that exceed client expectations.
- Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and grow business volumes for a larger share of customer wallet.
- Generate incremental business through proactive sales efforts.
- Sales targets span across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments, and other areas.
- Sell the full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential relationships.
- Increase CASA balance in allocated portfolios through deepening or acquisition.
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and increase customer relationship value.
- Customer Engagement:
- Maintain portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and achieving desired relationship values.
- Foster strong relationships with clients as the primary point of contact and ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
- Investments:
- Analyze financial needs of customers and offer suitable products with transparency.
- Drive revenue growth by generating fee income through mutual funds, investments, and insurance products.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Adhere to bank policies on acquisition/BSA/KYC and comply with regulatory requirements (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDA, etc).
