Job Title: Business Development Professional
- We are seeking a Business Development Professional who will be responsible for meeting the number of doctors and chemists per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy and making presentations to doctors, specialists, etc.
- The candidate will also be required to conduct market research and ensure the availability of products through chemist surveys.
- Achieving 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns is crucial for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be able to meet and exceed their monthly sales targets for their territory.
- Ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining accurate sales and stock data from the stock list is essential.
- Our Business Development Professional will also be responsible for ensuring the success of new products in their territory.
- They will need to focus on increasing the prescriber base in their territory.
- Regular visits to stockiest and monitoring near expiry stocks to ensure liquidation will be a key part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business development skills with ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with medical industry and products.
