Key Responsibilities- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet the needs of clients and maximize revenue potential.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
