Job Description for Business Development Representative

This is a full-time permanent role, requiring a fresher graduate with any degree. The job involves serving customers, recording sales, handling cash, and supervising Sales Associates in their department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Till and Cash Handling:
    • Ensure correct use of tills by Sales Associates
    • Responsible for change from the cash office
    • Customer orders and follow up
  • Departmental Knowledge:
    • Best selling ranges
    • Stock shortages
    • Presentation and display
    • Replenishment
  • Other Duties:
    • To cover floor when required
    • To be responsible at all times
    • To be responsible for constant replenishment
    • To be professional and approachable
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Academic qualification: Preferably Graduates though this requirement is not essential
  • Fluency in spoken English is a must
  • Good communication skills and a pleasant personality are essential
Work Environment

The jobholder will work in a retail environment, interacting with customers, Sales Associates, Assistant Manager Operations, and Departmental Manager.
