Key Account Manager
About the Role:
The Key Account Manager is a strategic position responsible for building and maintaining high-value relationships with existing clients to drive long-term growth and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strong business partnerships by delivering exceptional customer service, meeting client needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research and analyze client data to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Promote our products and services to clients and prospects through effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development on our internal CRM system.
- Sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Portfolio Management Services, and Structured Products to high-net-worth clients.
