Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions across functions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs, providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards, including regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry.
