About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring doctors, senior leadership positions, and university talent, along with expertise in payroll, HR policies, job descriptions, and SOPs.
This role requires a results-driven professional who can develop and implement effective HR strategies, manage payroll and HR operations, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs, aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and update job descriptions across functions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs, providing strategic guidance and support.
- 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards, including regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry.
