About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Leader to join our team at Mantra Technologies Private Limited. As a Sales Performance Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a talented sales team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and sales potential.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
