A prominent media and entertainment company is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing new business models, and driving revenue streams.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, developing innovative strategies to enhance content monetization, and delivering exceptional results in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain good rapport/relationship with clients/partners.
- Develop new business models and revenue streams for content monetization.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Responsible for approaching Sponsors/Brands and securing partnerships.
- Contact and approach Film Production Houses, Music Directors, Ad / TVC Channels, Producers, Event organizers, and Artists.
- Analyse existing customer base or audience and current revenues from.
- Oversee internal operations, resolve issues, optimize campaigns, and ensure 100% fulfillment.
- Build and manage a high-performing team.
- Track team performances and contribute to growth of market share.
- Coordinate all aspects of acquisition of new market.
- Coordinating over invoices and payments as well as carrying out reconciliation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and relationship-building experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- Ability to thrive in both corporate and start-up environments.
- Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
