Strategic Alliances Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Alliances Lead to join our team at Max Life Insurance.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who can develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing alliances, as well as experience in sales, insurance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and supervise executives to achieve business targets and build progressive partnerships with banks.
- Manage discrepancies at the cluster level, provide support for ongoing issue resolution, manage initiatives deployed, and provide induction and on-the-job training for operations processes and workflows to teams to achieve operations excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the hiring process, counsel and mentor performance, co-create and implement recognition platforms to build a capable and motivated team in the Yes Bank relationship.
- Anticipate training requirements for partners and lead the development and deployment of partner training programs to increase selling effectiveness of own teams and partner teams on annuity and protection.
- Evaluate system requirements to ensure productive and mutually beneficial relationships compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Deploy and monitor implementation specifically bank staff contests/R&R to accelerate revenue generation with channels.
