We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of driving campaigns, coordinating product launches, interacting with Influencers, brand promoters, and generating leads. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and support business growth in B2C and spearheading B2B market.

About the Role

This is a key position within SEPAL that requires a strong understanding of product marketing, brand management, and channel marketing. You will be responsible for planning and implementing annual marketing roadmaps and campaigns, coordinating with product management teams for new product launches, and working closely with content and graphic design teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and Hindi. Travel may be required for business meetings, demos, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement annual marketing roadmaps and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product management teams for new product launches.
  • Work closely with content and graphic design teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and oversee PLA and ad management.
  • Collaborate with key account managers for e-commerce channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL marketing activities.
  • Identify and cultivate relevant Social Media Influencers and Brand Promoters.
  • Generate leads for B2B Sales through email campaigns, LinkedIn contacts, and other BTL activities.
  • Contribute in preparation for B2B proposals, negotiating terms.
Requirements
  • Must have work experience of 2 years.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing with a strong Brand Building and PR inclination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent technical field is preferred.
