Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing channels.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • SEO and Performance Marketing: Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic traffic and keyword rankings, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators, coordinating with clients to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.
  • Content and Social Media: Guide the creation of engaging content that aligns with brand objectives, overseeing social media strategies and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, presenting campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
