This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in business development and growth strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth within the B2B sector.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the company's strategic development efforts, focusing on key areas such as market analysis, sales target achievement, proposal management, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Development:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential growth areas and trends within the B2B sector.

Draft and implement strategic plans to tap into these areas, aligning with the company's objectives and goals.

Lead Generation & Management:

Research and identify new potential clients and partnerships to expand the company's network.

Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations.

Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism and in a timely manner.

Sales Targets:

Achieve exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential threats to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.

Proposal & Tender Management:

Draft, propose, and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions as per client needs.
